The Illinois Project for Local Assessment of Needs (IPLAN) is a community health assessment and planning process conducted every five years by local health departments throughout the State of Illinois. This report provides an assessment of Scott County, Illinois, and establishes objectives to address identified public health needs.

Scott County Multi-Jurisdictional Natural Hazards Mitigation Plan
Scott County is currently updating its Multi-Jurisdictional Natural Hazards Mitigation Plan, which helps identify natural hazards that may impact our communities and outlines strategies to reduce risk, improve preparedness, and strengthen resilience throughout the county.
The draft plan is now available for public review and comment. Community input is an important part of this process, and residents are encouraged to review the draft materials and share feedback.
